Leading up to the start of the journey, I am offering several online classes and experiences for you to sample this work to see if Uncage the Wildness Within would be a good fit for you. These classes and experiences are designed to be fun and playful, giving you a taste of the wild feminine in action! Many of them are free, and are my gift to you. Because spaces are limited (I like more intimate containers), you do need to register in advance via the Eventbrite links below.

FREE Full Length Qoya Class – Falling In Love With Life (Click Here To Register)
Saturday, February 13th from 11am to 12:30pm CST
Qoya is movement as medicine. It is based on the idea, that through movement we remember that our true essence is WISE, WILD, and FREE.
Wise, wild, and free draw reference to the three types of movement we practice in every Qoya class:
- WISE – Honoring the wisdom traditions of yoga and quiet, contemplative practices that guide us to the wisdom that waits in our own hearts.
- WILD – Honoring the unique creative expression inherent in dance.
- FREE – Honoring the freedom to feel better in our bodies through feminine, sensual movement.
You do not need any dance experience to practice Qoya. Allow your body to be your teacher and claim the rememberance that you already know how to move your body in ways that feel good and true for you. In Qoya, it doesn’t matter what it looks like; what matters is how it feels in your body. In this class, open to all women, we will dance with our relationship to Falling In Love with Life.
Into the Darkness – Experiential Workshop with Linda Katz and Jennifer Beaulieu (Click Here To Register)

Join Jennifer Beaulieu and Linda Katz for a winter night, diving into the wisdom of darkness. In our culture, we often celebrate the return of the light, be it at solstice, springtime, or the dawn of a new day. But when do we pause to celebrate the dark?
And what wisdom have we lost touch with by forgetting our sacred connection to darkness?
In this 90-minute experiential workshop, we will explore our relationship to darkness, both personally and collectively. Through group conversation, journal questions, gentle Qoya-inspired movement, and a shamanic journey we will allow ourselves to remember our ancient connection with the fertile dark.

FREE Embodied Vision: Creativity & Vision Boarding Party

In this workshop, we will dive into creating an embodied vision board for 2021. The workshop will begin by exploring how we can utilize the concepts of positive and negative space in creating our vision boards, and allowing the structure to carry the energy that we desire as much as the content itself!
Then through 15 to 20 minutes of gentle, Qoya-inspired movement, we will get into our bodies and explore how we desire to FEEL in 2021. This feeling will serve as the focal point for creating your vision board.
Since this is an online class, you will be providing your own arts and crafts materials. Please have a poster board or some type of thick paper to use as the base/background for your vision board (it doesn’t have to be just white poster board!). You will also need magazines or other sources of imagery, markers or pens, scissors, and glue.
There will be music and conversation will be welcomed as we all create our embodied visions for 2021!
FREE Deep Rest Circle (Click Here To Register)
Sunday, March 7th from 7:00 – 8:00pm CST
In our Rest Circle, we will gather together for a 15-minute grounding meditation, inviting our bodies, minds, and souls into a more restful place. Then through journaling questions, and the option to share in the circle, you will explore what deep rest means to you. You will walk away from this class not only feeling more rested, but also with a personalized Rest Recipe to take home with you.
